The site visit

The fixed price
After the site visit, you receive a full fixed price in writing. Everything is included: materials, labour, tiling, plumbing, electrics, waste removal. The price we give you is the price you pay.
Lock it in
Happy with the price? A deposit confirms your start date and the project goes in the diary. From this point we handle everything: ordering, scheduling and coordinating the trades.
The build
Work begins on the agreed date. We protect your home throughout and keep you updated as we go. A standard bathroom refit takes two to three weeks on site, and you'll have a clear timeline before we start.
The walkthrough and guarantee
When the work is complete, we walk through the finished bathroom with you and make sure you're happy with every detail. Once you sign off, your 12-month Novo Guarantee begins.
