Stage 1 — The Instant Estimate
You don't need to pick up the phone to get a ballpark figure. Fill in our online estimator — bathroom size, scope, finish level, whether you want underfloor heating — and we'll give you a realistic price range within minutes. No commitment, no sales call, no nonsense.
Stage 2 — The Site Visit
If the estimate looks right, George or Joel will come to you. This isn't just a measuring visit. We'll walk through the space with you, understand what the bathroom actually needs to be — not just what it needs to look like — and make sure what you're planning will genuinely work for your home and your life.
Stage 3 — The Fixed Quote
After the site visit, you receive a full fixed quotation. Everything included — materials, labour, tiling, plumbing, electrics, waste removal. No vague line items. No "subject to what we find." The price in the quote is the price you pay.
Stage 4 — Lock It In
Happy with the quote? A deposit confirms your start date and the project goes in the diary. From this point, we handle everything — ordering, scheduling, trade coordination. You don't need to do anything.
Stage 5 — The Build
Work begins on the agreed date. We protect your home throughout and keep you updated as we go — no going quiet, no wondering what's happening. A standard bathroom refit takes two to three weeks on site. You'll have a clear timeline before we start.
Stage 6 — The Walkthrough & Guarantee
When the work is complete, we walk through the finished bathroom with you and make sure you're happy with every detail before we consider the job done. Once you sign off, your 12-month Novo Guarantee begins.
