Older townhouses can have timber floors that need strengthening and levelling before a tiled bathroom goes in. In listed buildings and mansion flats, changes to pipe runs and extractor vents may need consent, so it is worth checking early. Richmond has Georgian and Victorian townhouses, many of them listed or in conservation areas, along with mansion flats and terraces towards Kew and Sheen. We cover all of Richmond (TW9 and TW10), including Kew, Ham, Petersham, East Sheen, Richmond Hill.
