Who we are

Novo Plumbing Ltd is a plumbing and heating company run by George Pearce and Joel Pope. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15383504. Our registered office is 2 Fairlawns, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 6QR.

We decide how your details are used, which makes us the data controller. If you have any question about this page, email support@novoplumbing.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number when you use the estimator or the contact form.
• The answers you give in the estimator, the estimate it produces, and anything you write in a message to us.
• Basic visit information, such as the pages you view and whether you are on a phone or a computer.
• If you become a customer, your address and the details of the work.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your estimate. You asked us to, and we cannot price a job without it.
• To carry out the work and honour the 12-month Novo Guarantee if you go ahead. This is needed for our contract with you.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices and gas safety paperwork.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it. This is in our legitimate interests.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Our website and customer system are provided by HighLevel. When you submit a form your details are stored there on our behalf. HighLevel is based in the United States, so your details may be held outside the UK.

We also share what is needed with the trades who work on your project under our management, with Gas Safe Register and manufacturers where a boiler or warranty has to be registered, and with our accountant.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a job, we delete your details once they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask. If you become a customer, we keep job records and invoices for as long as tax and safety rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how we use them. Email support@novoplumbing.com and George or Joel will deal with it within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
