## Electric Underfloor Heating

Heating cables or mats installed beneath the floor surface. Quick to install, lower upfront cost, ideal for bathrooms and single rooms. Responds in 20 to 30 minutes.

## Wet Underfloor Heating

Warm water circulated through pipes beneath the floor, connected to your boiler. Lower running costs over time. Best for new builds, extensions and whole-house heating.

Price range: £800 to £5,000 plus VAT.

- Electric mat (single room): £800 to £1,500 + VAT
- Wet system (larger areas): £2,000 to £5,000 + VAT
