# The Novo Process

Novo Plumbing Ltd uses a simple 4-stage process on every project. George Pearce and Joel Pope manage each stage personally.

## Stage 1 — Get an Estimate

Answer a few questions about your project at www.novoplumbing.com/estimate and receive a realistic price range in 60 seconds. No obligation, no sales call.

## Stage 2 — We Talk It Through

If the estimate works for you, George or Joel arrange a free video call or site visit. They walk through the space, understand what you need, and provide a fixed-price quote.

## Stage 3 — We Do The Work

George and Joel manage the project from day one. All trades (plumbing, tiling, plastering, electrical) are coordinated by Novo. One point of contact throughout.

## Stage 4 — You Love It

A final walkthrough is carried out with George or Joel. Everything is signed off to your satisfaction. Your 12-month Novo Guarantee begins.
